iASSIST provides a complete issue logging and tracking service for you and your site. This enables you to report, view and update issues, add attachments and receive automated notifications. The use of the on-line logging system enables your issues to be dealt with quickly by the most appropriate Customer Support investigation team.
As part of the ongoing improvements to iASSIST, a new section called “My Lists” has been added to the menu. This will allow easier access to search the customer statuses (Awaiting Further Information, Resolved Awaiting Confirmation, Resolved in Future Release, Site to Monitor).
